Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to examine and to analyse the effect of work discipline and work environment on employee performance (A study case Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Dr.Mohammad Hoesin Palembang). This research used Multiple Linier Regression Analysis and the result indicated that work discipline and work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (A study case Rumah Sakit Umum Pusat (RSUP) Dr.Mohammad Hoesin Palembang).
