Abstract:
This paper is based on an on-going postgraduate research study which is aimed at investigating the effect of different management styles of principals on teacher motivation in secondary schools. Effective management is one of the keys to any form of success in a system. Studies carried out in different nations including Israel, Nigeria, America, Uganda and Kenya emphasize the importance of good management in institutions.
