Abstract:
The main intent of this study is ‘to examine the level of business knowledge of cooperative leaders to enhance Agricultural cooperatives business performances’. The study covers 96 leaders of sampled primary agricultural cooperatives and 192 individual members of primary agricultural cooperatives from members of Chafe buluk farmer’s cooperative union and Haragu farmers’ agricultural cooperative union.
