Abstract: This paper proposes a novel framework Compliance-Centric CRM Implementation Methodology (C3IM) especially designed for financial institutions operating in compliance heavy environment. C3IM Framework embeds compliance as a core design parameter throughput all implementation phases and provides a structured and regulatory-aligned roadmap for CRM adoption.
