Automated Data-Driven System for Natural Rubber Coagulation Using Coconut Water as a Coagulant

Abstract: Herein is an automated and eco-friendly system for the coagulation of natural rubber using coconut water as a bio-based and safer alternative to chemical coagulants such as formic acid. Additionally, IoT sensors have been integrated with this system for real-time monitoring of coagulation parameters, while a machine learning model will be used to predict quality, and blockchain technology will ensure traceability end-to-end. IoT sensors monitor pH, temperature, and coagulation time in real time for ideal conditions that produce a rubber sheet with quality comparable to chemically produced sheets.
