Abstract: The primary objective is to understand the government representatives’ attitudes and challenges in embracing digital technologies as the basis for computer literacy programs. Employing a mixed-methods approach, this research combines qualitative and quantitative techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of the digital literacy landscape in the identified Barangay for study.
