Abstract:
The rapidly increasing penetration of renewable energies has introduced severe challenges to power system voltage controls due to the highly intermittent and uncertain power output of renewable energies. If a short-circuit fault occurs in a microgrid while operating at its design limit, often cost-effective system recovery becomes a challenging task. In such situations, predictive analytics can be used to enhance system recovery programs.
