Abstract:
World Health Organization (WHO) in 2021 stated that hypertension is the main cause of premature death worldwide and is often referred to as a "silent killer". At productive age, they are prone to hypertension because of their busy level and lif estyle that pays little attention to health, many factors play a role in the occurrence of hypertension.
