Abstract:
This study aims to improve the performance of the Majalengka Regency Tourism Office through the driving factors are leadership and individual characteristics. This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification analysis techniques, with the target respondents being employees of the Majalengka Regency Tourism Office. The sampling technique used is cluster proportional random sampling.
