Background: Sedentary elderly lifestyle and aging can decreased the function of cardiovascular system may lead reduction of body performance. Exercise moderate intensity (EIM) can changes matrix metalloproteinase–9 (MMP-9) are decreased. MMP-9 is a potential marker the structural and function of the heart and its association with collagen degradation of blood vessel.
