This research aims to investigate, how Job-Family preference attribute put impact on the success of new project, by addressing two aspects-Jobs Preference Attribute and Family Preference Attribute. Analyzing the survey response from 225 employees belonging to various commercial Private Banks with help of Correlation and Regression Techniques using SPSS software, it was demonstrated that there is significant impact of employee’s Job Preference Attribute on the success of Project but moderating role of Workplace Deviance Behavior lowers their relationship. Further, it was concluded that Family Preference Attribute is not detrimental to the success of project, directing not to look the impact of Workplace deviance over their relationship.
