This study has the aim to find out: 1). the effect of the principals transformational leadership style and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and teacher performance; 2). the effect of job satisfaction on teacher performance; 3). the significance of job satisfaction in mediating the effect of transformational leadership styles and organizational commitment on teacher performance. This research was conducted in Malang Regency High School, East Java, Indonesia.
