Abstract: Flooding Impacts on property are in varying degrees. The aim of this research is to identify the impacts of flood on Ekeki housing Estate phase 2 in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The philosophy adopted by the researcher was pragmatism and the research design was case study. The methods of primary data collection were through face-face interview with 2 residents within the study area and Four (4) building professionals. The research made use of purposive sampling technique for the study and the population of the study is two hundred and fifty (250 nos) housing units within the study area.
