Local People Perception on the Role of Area Exclosure in the Central Rift Valley of Ethiopia: a Case Study at Adami Tulu Jido Kombolcha District

Abstract: Recurrent drought, the ultimate outcome of deforestation and degradation of resources, reduced access to grazing land and water, urbanization, and unwise mining affect the sustainability of enormous Dryland resources in Ethiopia. As a result, the Ethiopian government has initiated a number of projects including establishments of area exclosure and soil and water conservation.
