Abstract: This study explores taxpayers perceptions of Real Property Tax (RPT) fairness in the Local Government Unit (LGU) of Orion, Bataan, Philippines. Through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions, document analysis, and survey questionnaire with a diverse sample of taxpayers, the research will uncover key factors influencing their views on RPT equity.
