Abstract:
This study explores the underlying factors driving the shift among nurses in Saudi Arabia from clinical specialties to administrative studies. Using a qualitative approach, this research aims to uncover the reasons behind this transition, focusing on issues such as job burnout, career advancement opportunities, and work-life balance. Through a questionnaire-based study, the research will gather insights directly from nurses who have made this shift, providing a comprehensive understanding of the motivations and implications for the healthcare system.
