Abstract:
Strategic planning is a critical process for organizations to achieve their goals, encompassing environmental, economic, and social performance. Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) practices play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of strategic plans by providing oversight and feedback. This paper is a study on the impact of M&E practices on the performance of Higher Education Loans Board (HELB) in Kenya in the implementation of Strategic Plans.
