Abstract: Introduction: Pancreatic cancer is the seventh leading cause of death globally in developing countries. Through the process, elevated serum CA 19-9 levels have become a diagnostic tumour marker frequently used to detect pancreatic cancer. Studies have shown that adjusting CA19-9 levels to serum bilirubin levels can improve accuracy in differentiating between benign and malignant hepatopancreaticobilier disease.
