Abstract:
Organizations worldwide have to position themselves strategically to face the dynamic, ambiguous, complex, uncertain, volatile, and unpredictable environment. Effective and efficient leadership is considered as a requirement to ensure motivation, efficient communication, and a favorable work environment cannot be over-emphasized. As an example of a dynamic organization, churches focuses on leadership development aspects as essential strategy to realizing their God-given mission.
