Abstract: Primary acquired nasolacrimal duct obstruction is a common cause of chronic epiphora in adults and significantly affects quality of life. Endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy (Endoscopic DCR) has emerged as a preferred surgical procedure over dacryocystectomy because it avoids external scarring, preserves the lacrimal pump mechanism.
