Patient-Reported Experience Measures in a Secondary Care Hospital in Sri Lanka: A Quality Improvement Evaluation Using the National Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire
     Sukunan G, Thileeban A, Krishanth M.D.A
Abstract: Patient experience is a key indicator of healthcare quality and an essential component of patient-centred care. In Sri Lanka, public hospitals routinely conduct patient satisfaction surveys using a standardized questionnaire developed by the Directorate of Healthcare Quality and Safety, Ministry of Health. Despite widespread implementation, few published studies have analysed these routinely collected data to evaluate patient experience or examined the strengths and limitations of the national survey instrument.
