Abstract: This study analyzes the key role of the financial sector in the economic development of the Republic of North Macedonia, examining the main trends and challenges facing financial institutions in the country. Through an analysis of key factors, the paper examines how banks, capital markets, insurance funds and pension funds contribute to improving economic stability and sustainable growth of the country’s economy.
