Abstract:
The present work is comprehensive parametric optimization of the warm deep drawing process of 304 stainless steel. The warm deep drawing process is a crucial metal forming technique that leverages elevated temperatures to enhance the materials formability and reduce defect occurrence. This study systematically investigates the influence of various process parameters, including sheet thickness, temperature, coefficient of friction, and strain rate, on the quality of the final product in order.
