The consequence of implementing decentralization and regional autonomy is that each local government administrator makes or sets policies and implements government policies quickly, responsively, effectively and efficiently. In general, the people in the regions want or want the government service system to be carried out in a professional, reliable manner with an implementation method that is able to work effectively, efficiently, and at the same time satisfy the needs of the community. However, the local government bureaucracy becomes convoluted and lacks responsiveness and responsiveness to the needs and interests of the community.
