The spread of the Internet and the use of smartphones have changed the daily lifestyle of urban populations by introducing new habits of consumption, training, sales and mobility. Gozem, a private transport company in Togo, has integrated a digital platform that connects drivers and customers. The advent of Gozem allowed the population to get used to this new technology which involves digital in the urban mobility of people. The objective of this research is to analyze the working conditions of drivers by highlighting the dysfunctions linked to this production of services. The methodology is based on documentary research, observation and field investigation. Using a reasoned sampling technique, the survey involved 95 actors.
