Abstract: Ambahai Village is one of the Companys operational villages located in Paminggir District, Hulu Sungai Utara Regency (HSU)..Ambahai village is the first village that has implemented the Integrated Posyandu program in 2010 from the CSR program of PT. Adaro Indonesia. The purpose of conducting a social impact study on the integrated posyandu program is to identify the important impacts of the implementation of community empowerment programs that have the potential to be a source of impact on the social environment of the community. Significant impacts that arise can be in the form of positive or negative impacts, either directly or indirectly.
