Abstract: The purpose of this study is to identify proactive and innovative leadership and implement a comprehensive work program accompanied by strengthening character education through extracurricular coaching "Hizbul Wathan (HW)" as a non-academic activity, to realize the quality of education, at the the SMA-M25, Banten. The main data collection by interview, is also equipped with observation and documentation.
