Abstract: Norwegian health care system is increasing in size and complexity to meet the various health expectations of people. Norway provides a comprehensive health care service to the population through specialist care and the primary care system. The government is responsible for specialist health care delivery while 357 municipalities are responsible for primary care delivery.
