Service quality is one of the most effective tools to gain customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study aimed to examine the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction on private telecom sector in India. The study based on primary and secondary data, a total of 310 customers of the private telecom sector companies were surveyed by applying a structured questionnaire.
