The study is a descriptive and analytic study was carried out to find out the impact of exercise during pregnancy on fetus and maternal outcomes, and to determine the statistical significant differences between exercise and pregnancy outcomes. A purposive sample of (100) pregnant women was selected from Al-Zahraa Teaching Hospital in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf governorate. Data was collected through the interview of pregnant women. Questionnaire format was designed and contained four parts, demographic variable, reproductive variable, newborn variable, pregnancy physical activity questionnaire for pregnant women .Validity and reliability of the questionnaire were determined by conducting a pilot study .Descriptive and inferential statistical procedures were used to analyze the data.
