Abstract:
This study investigates the impact of collaborative robot (cobot) efficiency, comfort, and trust on overall user satisfaction in human-robot interaction settings. Adopting a quantitative approach, the research employs path analysis through Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) to explore the interrelationships among key variables, complemented by ANOVA to assess variations in satisfaction across comfort and efficiency levels.
