Abstract:
This prospective study aims to determine the Factors affecting outcome of Therapeutic Penetrating Keratoplasty and its role in the management of corneal diseases. Penetrating keratoplasty is the final therapeutic option in the management of refractory corneal disease after conventional medical therapy fails to prevent corneal perforation.(1)
