Abstract:
Mobile devices have penetrated most aspects of our daily life activities ranging from the hedonic to utilitarian use. Businesses have invested in benefiting from the opportunities offered by the pervasive nature of mobile technologies to enhance their products and services and therefore improve their customers satisfaction. The banking sector, in common with other industries, has invested in such mobile solutions to facilitate banking transactions for both themselves and their customers.
