Abstract: Annually a large number of tourists are arriving to Sri Lanka from different places in the world, to visit so many places in Sri Lanka. Therefor the tourism industry is becoming a great portion of national economy and it opens vast number of occupations for the Sri Lankan community throughout the various tourism companies. So the tourism companies should be more effective and enrich with enough facilities to keep all the customers which coming for them and serve the customers as they expect.
