Abstract: The purpose of the study was to assess the influence of health care worker’s social demographic characteristics on adherence to the IMNCI guidelines in management of children below 5 years in Isiolo County. A descriptive cross-sectional design was adopted and a structured questionnaire employed in data collection. Descriptive and inferential statistics was applied in data analysis and presentation.
