Abstract:
Background: Human resources have a very important role in an organization. The role of human resources in an organization is very important because the quality of high human resources is generally followed by high performance. Performance is the foundation for achieving the goals of an organization. Of the human resources in the hospital, the one who mainly has a big role is nurses, this is because the nursing profession has a relatively large proportion, which is almost more than 50% of all human resources in the hospital. of a number of nurses in the nursing room, only 25% have attended basic training in inpatient nursing care, besides nurses who have PPGD certification only 5% of the nurses assigned to the treatment room.
