Abstract:
Natural ecosystems such as corals, mangroves are fundamental life support system without which human civilization cannot exist. Ecosystem has 3 major functions such as, Bio geographical, Ecological, and Anthropogenic. Mangroves are global ecosystems of which function includes storage of water, biological productivity, biogeochemical transformation, habitat for flora and fauna. The mangrove ecosystem provides goods and services to the local community and other communities all over the world. It also includes shoreline protection from storm and flood.
