Abstract:
Corporate communication is responsible for all corporate communications involving a corporate identity. The goal of corporate communication is to nurture and enhance the reputation of the company, because reputation significantly affects the business success of the company (Argenti, 2009). Motivation is one of the most important concepts in human resource development. In most organizations, it is common to hear that a particular employee is not sufficiently motivated and therefore his or her contribution to the organization is negligible.
