Abstract:
Address the extent to which higher education institutions standards of total quality management in accordance with the different axes, and represented the study procedures in the use of descriptive and analytical approach, also used the questionnaire to collect information tool which has been applied to a sample of 62 of the directors and heads of departments and units and members of the faculty and all of his role in the strategic planning of higher education institutions in Sabratha
