Abstract:
The study determined significant difference in the levels of performance of the learners before and after the utilization of the contextualized support in reading. This employed a descriptive-evaluative research design to assess the effectiveness of contextualized support in reading on the performance of Grade 1 learners at Mahayag Elementary School, Bayugan City, Agusan del Sur. The descriptive component documented the learners academic performance before and after the intervention.
