Abstract:
The study aimed to design and develop intervention materials, specifically a Numeracy Workbook for Grade 1 learners at Pedro D. Duncano Elementary School, North Butuan District, Division of Butuan City, for the school year 2024–2025. A descriptive-developmental research design was employed to address research objectives to assess the extent of numeracy skills manifested by Grade 1 learners about three key competencies—interpreting pictographs without a scale, performing subtraction involving numbers less than 100, and recognizing repeating patterns.
