Abstract:
Background: The significance of improving clinical handover in relation to patient care has been acknowledged in the literature. It is important in terms of preventing medical errors and reducing patient harm. A systemic review was performed and the outcome has prompted the researcher to propose a study within the Mohamed Bin Khalifa Bin Salman Al Khalifa Cardiac Centre (MKCC).
