Determination of Total Flavonoid Content of Commonly Consumed Commercial Tea

Abstract: In this research work, the leaf of Camellia sinesis (L.) Kuntze, Myanmar name Let-phet, was selected to qualify and quantify the flavonoids present in it. The commercial teas were purchased from Ywa Ngan Township, Southern Shan State, Myanmar. Firstly, to get the ready-to-drink product, the infusion of commonly consumed commercial tea was prepared by the hot distilled water.
