Abstract: This study sought to assess the effectiveness of the Public Service Association (PSA) in Zimbabwe, using Harare as the study area. The study employed a descriptive research design with a study sample of 323 respondents. Self-administered survey questionnaires were sent to 317 respondents and in-depth interviews with six key informants were held as data collection methods.
