Performance in any business enterprise is the major concern of every entrepreneur whose objective is to make profits and grow. The differentiating factor is the type and nature of recruitment practices that is strategically put in place to create job fit for effective productivity and performance. Many studies have been conducted to explore the impact of recruitment and performance. However we find no known study conducted to identify Nepotism and how it impacts on performance of both public and private institutions.
