Abstract: To analyse the contribution of Rwandan Foreign Policy Strategies and its Economic Development is pertinent to understand how Rwandas diplomacy has contributed to socioeconomic development of the nation. This study is important to various stakeholders in particular the Government of Rwanda, academicians, professionals and researchers.
