Abstract: The role of teachers in the 21st century has expanded beyond the traditional boundaries of content delivery due to rapid technological advancements, diverse learner needs, and progressive educational reforms such as India’s National Education Policy (NEP) 2020. Contemporary teachers are expected not only to possess sound pedagogical and subject knowledge but also to demonstrate a wide range of soft skills that enable them to create engaging, inclusive, and learner-centered educational environments.
