Abstract:
Kenya’s vision 2030 identifies infrastructural development as one of the very crucial pillars to economic growth. However, the projects are awash with delays in completion, cost and time overrun an index of their poor performance. Therefore, there is a need for reliance on monitoring and evaluation (M&E) to enhance performance of these construction-oriented projects for infrastructural development.
