Abstract:
This study aims to determine the effect of satisfaction, hedonism, social identification, on re-visit intention. To test the hypothesis, quantitative research was conducted using a non-probability sampling technique. Online questionnaires were distributed to 136 people who have attended Hammersonic International Metal Festival. The data analysis technique used is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) based on Smart PLS software. Based on the results of data analysis and processing, all independent variables are able to positively and significantly influence re-visit intention. Both direct and indirect effect showed positive effect on re-visit intention as dependent variable.
