Abstract:
The study sought to assess the satisfaction of pensioners with the National Social Security Authoritys (NSSA) service in Harare. The study adopted the quantitative research design. Data were collected by means of a questionnaire from a sample of 169 randomly selected participants. Out of these 162 participants fully completed and returned the questionnaire, representing a response rate of 96%.
